Important Notice For Power-leveling
1, Before we begin powerleveling your character, we will take a screenshot of your valuables before we begin leveling, and send it to you. If you have any different idea, please inform us whithin 30 minutes, or we will take this as the initial reference
2, For the safety of your account (Full time）, your password will be changed when we begin, and we will send you an email immediately, stating the password has been changed
3, Make sure your account are under the password protection of world of warcraft. If your account does not have one , and we will not take the responsibilities in situations such as being hacked
4, Provided your account got banned by accident during the leveling timeframe, you have the duty to find your account back. Bear in mind that there would be a delay on the scheduled completion time
5, If some problems occur during the powerleveling process, we can continue to our service after you get your account back. If you want to stop your order permanently in the middle way, we will not refund you the remaining money. And if we finish your order ahead of schedule, we will not refund you the money either, for we have allocated the same labor force accordingly
6, The status of your order of powerleveling is updated twice daily at 1:30 and 13:30, you can check the last status easily on our site
7, For the part time leveling customer, we suggest no more than 4 hours one day for you to play with your character, when you want to login your account during the leveling preiod, please be sure to ask our livechat operator for the arrangement beforehand
8, Items that are not supposed to be leveled shall be deposited in your bank. Purchasing gold during the leveling process is not recommended due to Blizzards random screenings.
